Emulating The XBOX 360

The XBOX 360 is the earliest and one of the most powerful gaming consoles of the seventh generation consoles. Being a successor to the original and highly successful XBOX system, the XBOX 360 manages to bring outstanding visuals to please gamers and their gaming library comprises of many top selling games that will greatly appeal to hardcore and casual gamers alike. In fact, the XBOX 360 has gained attention from many of the emulator developers that have made XBOX emulators and other emulators of other consoles.

Although emulation has only focused on making emulations for Windows systems because of porting problems and other possible limitations, they still have exactly the same goal they share with other emulators and that is to ensure that the games of the Xbox 360 can be played on people’s personal computers as well.

Emulation is a complicated process and the original manufacturers like Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony do not help either. The challenge of people developing emulators is effectively coding a program that makes the PC’s system hardware “think” as if it is an actual XBOX 360 system. While this may seem to be easy since the maker of the XBOX 360 is a company that is associated with PC, emulation continues to be difficult due to the lack of understanding on how the games relate to the system itself.

Nearly perfect emulators also take years to develop including the old 8-bit and 16-bit consoles. Another challenge is making the emulator compatible with all known games and play well in good performance without bumping up the requirements too high,...

Xbox Cheats: New Secrets

Recently, we were playing an old Star Wars game for the original Xbox and drifting slowly into abject ennui. We had this game for two years and solved it within the first three months of owning it. We had solved it, but we had never found all the hidden pods on each level. This glaring violation of our obsessive compulsive disorder could have been resolved with a few choice Xbox cheats.

Adequately armed with a bevy of cheats, we (that’s me and little sister Magee) have moved on to sweep our game collection, which includes such gems as Revenge of the Sith and Need for Speed. The Crunching Gears of War 2

One of the most anticipated video games in recent history is Gears of War 2. Based on the success of the first Gears of War, the sequel is expected to be a commercial and critical success. The game throws you into the middle of some of the most amazing battles ever seen on a video game console. The release date for the new game is November 7, 2008.

The game, based on the handiwork of Joshua Ortega is a characteristic good vs. evil battle. At stake is the fate of the entire human race. In this edition, the Locust have developed a diabolical plan to take out entire cities at once. They tunnel gigantic holes that can swallow entire metropolitan areas. This means Marcus Fenix and the COG Delta Squad have to go underground. They’re taking the battle to the Locust’s home turf with the hope of catching them off guard.

While the original game was landmark in its own right, the new version promises to be even bigger and better. At the Game Developers Conference, Epic Games pronounced the launch of the title, as well as several new features. Through trial game play at the conference, the media was able to discover a few hip new things. For example, during a battle, you can now use a dead body as a shield. While this is a shocking tactic, it will definitely come in handy in a pinch. Besides little nuances like this, the story goes deeper, the characters are richer, the weapons are bigger, and the overall experience is breathtaking. You can even dual with an opponent using a chainsaw attachment!

Fix The Xbox 360 Three Red Rings Of Death Yourself

So there I was, smack dab in the middle of an online game of Call Of Duty 4, when it happened. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was top of the board and it was all over in one quick moment.
